    bun langsung ke dokter atau bidan yah supaya segera dpt penanganan. dokter saya bilang ibu hamil seharusnya ga keluar flek. banyakin istirahat yaa bun jangan banyak aktifitas dulu. saya 3x flek dan tiap keluar flek saya bawa bedrest. bangun cuma buat ke kamar mandi sama sholat. alhamdulillah hari kedua dah samar dan hari ketiga dah ga keluar flek. semoga sehat selalu yaa
