Bawal po pwersahin ang sarili na gumawa ng mabibigat na task. Wala naman pinagbawal ang ob ko as per food. Yung mga matatanda lang wag daw muna iinom at kakain ng malamig pero di ko naman sinunod. Ice cream ako agad right after manganak 😊

Help me mommies

I've told my ob that since i got 3 months of pregnancy i got a yellowish and smelly discharge, so she told me to go and have a urinalysis! AfterThen I was diagnosed with urinary tract infection! And also my tummy was really hard, and everytime i go and ride tricycle or what its really hurt like i almost cry inside same feeling when i walk longer. Sometime theres is something poking near right side of my groin and it really hurts a lot and i almost knelt and cry in pain. I already done taking antibiotics that doctor prescribed. But nothing change in my feelings. Is it ok? Is my baby ok? Please help me?#advicepls

taking antibiotics during pregnancy is not safety specially to your baby .. you can try to drink herbal and more water
