Mag kakamilk pa kaya ako?

3 days post partum, no breast milk 🥲 nilalatch ko si baby, more fluids intake, nag malunggay capsule na din ako. More sabaw na ulam with gulay and malunggay.. pinupump ko din wala parin.. pero ngayon medyo masakit na breasts ko. Mag kaka milk pa po kaya ako? 😭#pleasehelp
