Postpartum headache

I'm having headache almost daily especially when I missed my napping periods between each pump. Halp. And my flu and cough persist for 2 weeks. Seen a doctor but I think it's the lack of sufficient sleep thanks to the 3 h interval pump... how do I sustain this period without falling sick or getting a headache... #postpartum #confinement #headache

Baby shrugging left shoulder.

My 6 month old baby will randomly shrug her left shoulder, tucking in her neck. Sometimes I thought it looks like spasm but it doesn’t match doctor’s description. Anyone had that experience?
