susu tumbuh tinggi

Assalamualaikum, bun boleh mintak saran susu tumbuh tinggi yang bagus untuk anak usia 2 tahun apa yah? Terimakasih

    Klo msh 2 thn mau tinggi mah pake olahraga aja bun kya renang, badminton, lari gitu yg alami2 aja klo pun minum susu doang tp aktivitas/main nya jg kurang ya sami mawon bun gak tinggi2 justru anak umur2 segitu mesti distimulasi nya dgn bermain kan lg aktif2nya jg hehehe
