Any one tried norifam po na injectable na contraceptives po? Safe ba? Ano effect sa inyo?

sino po nka try dito na nka try na nahirapan mag popo?

35 weeks na po ako..peru everytime mag popo na ako, nahihirapan napo ako, matagal mo lumabas, kasi matigas po. Masakit po sa pwet..tapos po after i poop parang namamaga ang sa akin at pwet ko. Medyo takot lang kasi malapit narin ako manganak, umiinom naman po ako nang maraming tubig. Hinde rin ako araw araw mag bawas.

Hi mga mommies may same po ba sa situation ko??buntis po ako ngayun at may breast cyst po..na check na po ito yung hinde pa ako buntis benign lng po, tanong ko lang po okay po ba mag pa breast feed pag ka labas ni baby kahit may cyst po dede ko??salamat po
