Hello po mga mamsh 23preggy po and ok lng po kaya Wala hinahatol ko skin ng multivitamins yung OB ko ang hinatol nya lang po sakin fericap, calciumade, vitamins C #pregnancy

i think okay naman din. yung fericap may folic acid na din. you can always ask naman lalo if you feel na di makakuha ang needed nutrient sa foods.
