We are currently co-sleeping and we don't plan on changing this anytime soon. I just wondered at what age did you introduce you lo's to their own age and how did you let them get used to it?

I am not yet in a stage where I'm ready to let go of our co-sleeping sessions. They're just 1 and 3 and I don't think they're ready for it too any time soon.

We follow complementary feeding for my son but i'm worried that he will copy his cousins (we share the house) they are very picky eaters (love soda) and eat too little food because of that. How to deal with this?
