    bersepeda saat hamil baiknya dihindari bun untuk meminimalisir/mencegah terjatuh dan malah bahaya untuk kandunganya ada panduan aktifitas" yg boleh dan tidak boleh dilakukan semasa hamil di aplikasi ini
