contractions at 8 weeks.

Hello momshies. I just had my first USD today. Baby's heartbeat was 170 bpm but doctor said that I had early contractions so now I am taking progesterone per vagina and aspirin per mouth. Anyone who experienced this? This is my 2nd pregnancy. I had my first miscarriage last 2017 :(
