maternity pad or normal pad

Hi, issit ok to use normal pad as maternity pad? I have normal one about 40cm long and some people say I can use that and double up. Is there any difference between normal and maternity pad? TIA

The best temperature to wash newborn clothes

Hi, What is the best hot temperature to wash newborn clothes? 40°? 60°? Coz my washer have hot water function. And im a working mum. No time to hand wash. Pls advice. TIA.
