How to solve picky eater kid

Hi, I have son age 3 years old .. My child's problem is hard to eat. My son preferred to drink milk instead of eating. I have tried various menus to pull it out but he refuse. He only drink Milk. Vitamins to increase his appetite are present but do not show any positive reaction. I'm worried that my child does not have enough nutrients to grow. Help me....
