Sakit perut bawah

Bun ada yg sama ga ya sakit perut bagian bawah kaya lagi haid gitu tapi sebentar sebentar tapi sering sama keluar terus cairan bening kek air kencing tapi sedikit sedikit itu apa yah bun saya hamil pertama dan sekarang usia ke hamilan 38week1day
