Is my baby okay?

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and nadulas ako sa wet tiles napahiga ako, tumama yung buttocks ko and siko ko. Wala namang bleeding or any fluid na lumabas. Magalaw naman si baby kaso kumikirot yung part na bumagsak sakin. But I'm really worried. What should I do?? Thank you
