I am feeling like baby is pushing down side.. As I consulted doctor it I'll be preterm to deliver a baby nw. But I am feeling vry uncomfortable while walking or doing any activity... Suggest me something plzz

I am 11 week pregnant and I had lil white discharge.. is it normal in this stage???
