Mga sis advise naman may epekto ba kay baby ang stress natatakot ako sana hindi gusto ko walang maging problema sa kanya maging healthy at normal sya. Pa advise naman mga sis. Salamat

Importante na hndi ka mastress kasi fully dependent sayo si baby sa loob.. kaya dapat iwasan mong mag mag overthink which may lead to anxiety or kahit ano pang strenuous activity.. sabi nga ng doctor ang katawan ng tao hndi nakakapagfunction ng maayos kapag submerged ito sa stressful situation worst is magsasara ang cells mo at hihina ang immune system mo.. stay happy and positive lang lagi sa life ☺
