Doulah for first pregnancy, worth it or not?

Hi, has anyone ever hired a doulah? Is it worth it? I heard that people with doulah has better experience at giving birth? And shorter time too.

Doulah as in giving emotional support during labour? Probably it helps with the process but I still prefer doctors and nurses. My husband is my doulah, I think. Lol.

Nauseous at 3rd trimester

Hi, today i feel nauseous and lost of appetite. It feels like 1st tri again. I googled and the results showed that it's pretty common. Is it? Anyone has similar experience on this?

Yes, it's common. I'm feeling nausea on my third trimester too.
