Change hospital anybody?

Hey mummies! I was just wondering if it is possible to change from kkh to sgh? 12 weeks now, only attended 1 appt at kkh. Any mummies had moved to sgh/nuh halfway? Don't mind can guide me thru pls. Thank you!

they will have documents and referral to be processed by the doctor at your current hospital . you can ask your doctor in charge for more info regarding the transfer :)
