Butuh saran

Bun kemaren cek ke bidan karna mual dan pusing luar biasa.tau nya TEnsi darah 140/90sedang kan usia ke hamilan 10wk. Padahal dulu hamil ank pertama gak pernah setinggi ini. Apa yank harus saya mkn dan saya hindari ya bun???
