    waalaikumsalam bunda, pantangan makanan saat hamil itu sebenarnya ngga banyak. yg dihindari hanya soda, terlalu banyak kafein, makanan yg belum matang, ikan tinggi merkuri, alkohol, makanan mentah, makanan yg terlalu banyak minyak, sisanya selain itu boleh dikonsumsi selagi tidak berlebihan. fokus pada makanan enak yg matang bun. klo pun ngga mau nasi gppa bisa diganti karbohidrat yg lain. semangat memberikan asupan nutrisi yg baik bagi buah hati bunda.
