Solusi puting lecet akibat di gigit bayi

Bun, minta solusi nyađŸ™đŸ» anak saya usia 1thn 4 bln, kalau minum ASI sekarang sering gigit, puting nya jadi lecet perih😭,,, baik nya gimana? Kalau di sapih kira2 udah boleh gak ya??? Trimakasih
