At which age can I introduce packet cheese (eg. Cheesdale) to my baby?

My baby's age is 1 year 1 month.

if you already introduced salt and sugar to your baby then you can intro the cheddar cheese since it contain sodium. but maybe try to limit 1 packet per day first
