Muntah2 ketika kandungan usia 25 minggu

Assalam nak tanya 1st trimester sy takde mual2 langsung. Nak masuk 3rd trimester ni. Sy jd muntah2. Normal atau tidak? Soalan kedua, last week sy baru scan baby, doc kata tumbesaran baby lambat 2 minggu. Adakah normal?
