I want to give breastmilk

33weeks here, Im worried because I have no milk, I really want to give breastmilk for my unborn baby, I don't what to do.. I just ready my breast pump in case. Buti still worried the day is come there is no milk will flow😔

Don't stress to much mommy dahil walang lumalabas na milk sayo ngayon, that's normal. Usually lalabas ang milk kapaglumabas na si baby nag latch na siya. Start ka na din kumain ng masasabaw na foods, more malunggay, and try to ask your OB kung may pwede syang irecommend na supplements for breastfeeding. And breast pumping is recommended by 6weeks pa after birth mommy. 😊 Ang tip lang is UNLI LATCH, unli sabaw, more malunggay, LESS STRESS. 😊
