Tanya dong bun

Bun olahraga yg cocok buat bumil 9week apa yah , badan berasa pegel2 kaya kurang olahraga 😔 tiap hari sih kerja , di kantor juga naik turun tangga , cuma kok ini kaki berasa mrengkel (bahasa jawanya) 🤭

    Olahraga yg paling aman buat bumil sih senam yoga bun. Ikut kelompok senam yoga aja atau bisa latihan lewat video youtube. Manfaatnya kerasa bgt

    Hamil pertama , usia kehamilan sekarang 8 minggu , belum pernah morningsick , sukanya micin2 , pedes2 , gurih2 , asin2 gitu , wajar gak sih mom ? Maap baru pertama hamil jadi kadang ada rasa khawatir 🙏
