hirap huminga

hi mga momssh...im 28 weeks preggy 2nd time ko na to but this time lagi nangangalay yung left shoulder at arm ko tas hirap huminga...i wonder kung naranasan nyo din to ano ginagawa nyo might help me

advice pls

second pregnancy ko to..and im trying to prepare my self para magkagatas ang dede ko so that i can breastfeed her/him soon...kasi with my first born it lasted 3 months lang ata tapos 1 ml lang kaht na inom na ako ng inom at kain ng kain ng me malunggay...
