pabalik balik na lagnat

Hi mga momsh.yung baby ko kasi 11 monthsna sya,pabalik balik ang lagnat nya.tempra pinapainom ko pero parang di effective.ok lang ba na magawitch ako to calpol?last painom ko ng tempra 1pm is it ok na painumin ko na sya ng calpolng 5pm?
