TOO MUCH WEIGHT GAIN-HELP

Good day mga mommies, hingi lng sana ako ng advice sa mga dapat kong gawin para maka pag bawas ng timbang kahit konti. I'm currently 6months pregnant at first pregnancy ko po ito. Ganito kasi, last july ang timbang ko ay 72kls ngayon nagulat ako kasi naging 80kls na ako.. Ang sabi din sa akin hindi daw dapat ganoon ka bilis at kalaki ang dapat kog igain. Nag worry talaga ako. Sana matulungan at mabigyan nyo po ako ng tips or advice kung paano :( maraming salamat po.
