parang gusto ko narin i post yung almuranas ko. haha. Same tayo mi. Yan ang problema ko. Kaya pag tatae ako para akong nag llabor. Gaya ngayon inabot na naman ako ng 3 days no poop. Pwede ba mag normal delivery ang grade 4 na hemmorhoids?
