Sakit pd berkurang di usia 6w3d

Mau tanya bun, nyeri pd berkurang di usia kandungan 6w3d itu normal gak ya? Kemarin2 kerasanya sakit sekali, tapi hari ini berkurang bgt bahkan hampir gak kerasa. Jadi khawatir krn ini hamil anak pertama. Terus pinggang juga kerasa agak sakit dan panas.
