    Mknan yg tinggi gula sis. Bole jak mkn tp kuantiti sikit. Cth mcm coklat, kek dn jus2 yang ada tambhn gula. Sy pn perna suspek kncing manis dn pernh minum air gula sekali. Lps tu sy kawal gula sy, alhmdlillah tiada lg kencing manis.
