11 weeks pregnant . But no detected heartbeat through my obe's doppler.

Im exactly 11 weeks now po. Pero kanina nagpa check up po ako. Hindi ma detect sa doppler ni obe ko ang heartbeat at yung 7 weeks nya 148bpm heartbeat nya po. What is the best thing to do

Nagpa check up at niresetahan Heragest yung capsule na nilalagay sa pwerta. Anu effect sa baby? Kamosta ang baby. 4 weeks kasi ako nag lilight spotting since 3 weeks nag duduphaston na ako. Since i have recurrent misscarriages.
