Tanya cepat kontraksi

Aku mau tanya dong... skrng aku pas 38week 2malam lalu ngerasain mules luar biasa pas dibawa ke puskesmas d cek pembukaan blm ada pembukaan tapi sampe sekarang perut kdang mules kdang nggak tapi ga keluar flek/pecah ketuban gimana cranya biar mempercepat kontraksi ya🙏🏻
