Normal ga ?

Bun mau tanya saya kan telat haid 2minggu ditespek positif jelas bgt dan periksa ke bidan tgl 2 agustus 2023,katanya udh usia 6w tapi sampai sekarang usia 8w belum ngerasain mual muntah ga ngidam apa" jg apakah normal?paling klo bangun tidur punggung sakit,klo siang kepala suka tiba" pusing.
