Respect my post To late na po ba ang 5 weeks para mag suot ng postpartum belt? Dapat kasi pagkatapos daw po ng labor lalo na pag na cs. Mahirap daw po paliitin ang extra belly sa tiyan kahit mag light exercise ka pa. Nag gain po ako ng extra weight nong nag bubuntis po ako.

yung labas po, depende po yan. ako po cs din and almost 2 months po bago naghilom. pero yung loob po nyan di pa totally naghiheel kaya ingat parin po
