Bloated and Abdominal Pain at night during 1st Trimester

Mga mommies, ano tips niyo para sa abdominal pain and bloatedness? I have been struggling with GERD even before getting pregnant. Mas malala siya ngayon na pregnant ako. Tuwing gabi lang siya malala. #firstbaby
