Hi ibu2 semua..ada x tips mcmn nk mengurangkan rs berdenyut2 dipangkal paha.. sy sedang mengalaminy di pangkal paha sebelah kiri smpi xblh nk tdo mlm..serba salah dibuatny..mengiring kiri rs berdenyut...mengiring kanan pn sama..sapu minyak panas pn xhilang rs berdenyut..
