I have fear of giving birth

Hi everyone! My due is on February and I'm a first-time mom. I'm anxious and I have this fear about giving birth. I feel like I can't do it or can't survive it. I have that fear ever since I was young. Now that my due is in a few months time, I become more worried and anxious everytime I think about giving birth. Will someone give me advice about how can I successfully deliver or any advice that would ease my fear. Thanks much!
