how to introduce BLW?

My baby is almost 8 months now. How can I introduce BLW? When she's holding a toy or anything she put it in her mouth. And when i give her food or let her hold her food she doesn't what to put it in her mouth. But she's eating whenever i gave her food. 2nd question: She doesn't have teeth yet but can i give her finger foods? if yes Like what foods? #advicepls #1stimemom thank you in advance for the answers ❤️
