Breasts feel Super Sore at Wk15

Hi mummies,i been having this soreness since 1st trimester..Even change my bra to the nursing bra already but feel the soreness..🥴🥴 Anyway to sooth the soreness??consulted my gynae and she said its normal..but its painful..😟 I do not have this issues during my 1st and 2nd pregnancies..feeling like a 1st time mummy aldy..😔 This is my 3rd pregnancy and the gap between my 2nd n this coming 3rd one is 14yrs..😔

maybe you can go for massage? might have muscle knot
