Tips for milk production🍼

Mga mommies, hingi lang po ako ng advice ano mga ginawa nyo/ tinake nyo para magkaroon ng enough supply of breastmilk. Sa 1st baby ko po kasi may 2mos. Lang aq nagpa breastfeed since nagwowork ako, with support of formula milk. Ganun na naman po sa 2nd baby ko, wala pang 2mos. Dahil nag-aaral ako at marami na yung 4oz. Na napapump q sa buong araw. Now, preggy po ako ng twin, nagbabottle parin po ang 1st 2 boys ko. Kaya kailangan po talagang magpa breastfeed.
