Spotting I guess?

I this is my 11 weeks pregnancy. Just as of today I notice that there's a few blood on my undies. What should I do? Today is Sunday and as you all know we are all under enhanced community quarantine. There's no open clinic. This is also my first time in experiencing pregnancy. I'm scared.
