CS moms, kelan po kayo naligo after C section? May do’s and don’ts ba?

as per my OB, pwede na maligo the next day after the CS if kaya na. naligo ako pagkauwi sa bahay. also, pwedeng mabasa ang tahi kapag naligo. you can ask your OB.
