How to ease your worries when it's your first trimester?

Is anyone here worried of spontaneous miscarriage? I'm a first time mom and I have PCOS, obese and 29. I have been very worried sa kapit ni baby and would want to know how you cope with this concern?#1stimemom #advicepls

Prayer mamsh..and syempre surround urself with supportive people.Ease your mind ,let go and let God.lagi mo din kakausapin c baby.Yan ginawa ko nung akala ko mawawala sakin baby ko..iyak ako ng iyak nung una ,lagi ako nasstress pero sinuko ko na lahat kay God that time.and now going 2 yrs old na ung baby na ipinagdasal ko noon.Kaya mo yan mamsh..God bless and stay safe😊
