Tanong lang po with regards uterine muscle contraction at 16 weeks.

Hi po. Tanong lang po sana. I'm 16 weeks pregnant, panay travel with history of sub chorionic hemorrhage. Last scan ko po was 9 Feb 2023, may bump po sa uterus ko due to contraction daw po. Has anyone experienced this po? Thank you.
