Implantation bleeding

Implantation bleeding po kaya ito or mens na? I don’t feel any pain kasi which is anusual kasi severe po ako mag dysmenorrhea. It’s my first time na walang maramdaman na kahit anong pain if ever na mens man po ito. Also, regular ang mens ko and sa 29 pa ang expected period, napaaga ng 3 days. Negative naman sa PT.
