How to gain weight
I've lost a lot of weight since giving birth, 6 months post partum and 44 kg used to be 47kg pre pregnancy weight. Afraid I'm losing muscle as well as collagen. Please advise thanks!
Low milk supply at 6 months
Hi I'm a FTM, currently im pumping only 100-150ml a pump, 3 times a day as my work is quite busy. would like to know if i should consider increasing milk supply at this stage or not? I have quite an issue with clogged ducts and have to go for massages regularly. I'm afraid if i increase my supply I'll have clogged ducts more often. Would like to hear your thoughts and advise! Thank you!
Travelling with 7 months baby
Is it advisable to travel with newborn baby? I have to go for my sister's wedding in bali for 3 days. I have a helper and trust her with the baby but was wondering if its too troublesome to travel with baby and best to leave him home with helper instead since its a short trip.
Checking dilation
I have an appointment with KKH next week where they are going to check dilation of cervix as I am 38 weeks in. Is it really painful? The strep b swab they did for me was really painful and rough. Male doctor.
Should I do breast massage for blocked ducts before or after delivery?
I have booked a post natal package for breast massage but I'm afraid that when I deliver I immediately need to nurse my baby and not sure if there is a milk duct blockage of some sort before I can do post natal massage.
Light weighted baby
Just went for growth screening and baby is 1kg at end of 28 weeks. Expected weight is 1.3/1.4kg. his head and length is ok but abdominal circumference is a bit smaller than expected. Should i be worried?
Confinement nanny or mother in law to care for baby?
I'm almost 27 weeks in and i know I'm late to find a confinement nanny due to change in plans. I don't want to stress anyone else out so I rather just get a confinement nanny but wondering what are your opinions?
Braxton hicks
Does anyone have braxton hicks or contractions at 21 weeks? Currently having them and it can be quite aching. Like a pulling of my uterus
Recommended to get nanny or will in-laws help be enough?
Would you guys plan to hire a confinement nanny? Its quite expensive to do so and would prefer to not be policed on their traditional ways (what to eat and cannot bathe etc)
