Bolehkah minum air es/ dingin.?

Hai bund .. bener ngga sih buat ibu hamil minum air dingin atau makan ice cream , bayi jadi besar.?, Terus boleh ngga kita minum air dingin#seriusnanya

    katanya bukan air es nya yg ngaruh ,tapi yg pake pemanisnya yg ngaruh sma janin,gth sih katanya..
