Bun ada saran gak untuk bumil yg trisemester 1, awalnya mual tiap malem jadi mual terus dari pagi sampe ke malem, sampe berujung muntah Saya ada riwayat gerd kebetulan, mohon bantuan nya bun #firstbaby

    saya dulu gitu bun biar mendingan minum teh anget, sm nyemil buah .. karbonya ganti ubi, ketela/jagung rebus biar nggak lemes ..
