    Selain kedokter dan udh minum obat. Perbanyak istirahat, Klo aku sih baluran minyak kayu putih bagian dada,perut dan bagian badan belakang, cari posisi nyaman kepala lebih tinggi dari badan. Selain anget wanginya jg bikin relax buat aku sih.
